•   All clients will have to mandatorily abide by the rules and guidelines, if any, issued by the Central and State Government in relation to Covid-19 from time to time and provide us required documentation/declarations, etc before arrival. Also, clients will have to abide by all instructions in relation to the same as advised by us on site and for entire duration of the trip, when applicable
•  . Being peak monsoon season, weather in Ghanghria, Valley of Flowers and Hemkund Sahib region will be rainy and cold, with temperature ranging from max 20 degrees celsius to min –5 degrees celsius. It is recommended that clients carry suitable warm clothing, adequate protective gear for rainy season and good shoes
•   . Option to hire pony to ride is available for Day 2 (Govindghat to Ghanghria), Day 4 (Ghanghria to Hemkund) and Day 5 (Ghanghria to Govindghat) if any group member wishes to ride instead of trek (approx. @Rs. 2,000 per pony per day for Govindghat to Ghanghria one way and Rs, 2,500 per pony, per day two way ride for Hemkund Sahib day). Valley of Flowers being World Heritage Site, ponies are not allowed on Day 3 1. Helicopter service, subject to weather, is available between Govindghat to Ghanghria (approx. @Rs. 7,000 for one round ticket)
•   . Clients are advised to consult their physician and take suitable preventive medication (if prescribed) as a precaution for high altitude sickness
•   . Trekking on any particular day may be aborted or cancelled in case of extreme/unfavourable weather conditions, keeping in mind safety of the clients. Himalayan Snow Runner trip leader’s decision on this will be final and binding on clients. No refund of costs or any compensation will be paid to clients in such case
•   . All clients (and parents on behalf of minors) will have to complete and sign Himalayan Snow Runner’s mandatory Client Information and Waiver Form before starting the trek
•   . We expect clients to respect local culture and traditions, particularly when visiting temples, Holy places or interacting with locals
•   Himalayan Snow Runner promotes ecologically sensitive responsible tourism and we seek our clients’ support to help us leave minimum ecological footprint

•   Travel from City of Origin to trip start point as you have opted (ie Joshimath or Haridwar) and back
•   At extra cost, we can arrange for private vehicle exclusively for your round trip travel from Haridwar/ Dehradun/ Rishikesh to Joshimath/Auli and back<
•   Accommodation at Haridwar/Dehradun/Rishikesh. At extra cost, we can arrange for the same
•   Travel Insurance or any other kind of insurance (Trekkers are advised to obtain applicable insurance on own)
•   Costs and expenses for medical treatment in case of evacuation or in case of any medical condition or emergency or otherwise for any reason
•   Any accommodation, travel or transport (or any change/upgrade) outside of itinerary for any reason
•   Request for single occupancy will be charged extra Rs. 7,000 for trip duration (ex-Joshimath) Rs. 10,500 extra if 1N at Mountain Rover, Auli is opted for or Rs. 20,500 extra if 1N at Casa Himalaya, Auli is opted for
•   Charges for helicopter ride between Govindghat to Ghanghria and back
•   Hire charges for mules/porters/equipment if hired by trekkers for personal ride or extra personal luggage
•   Charges for hot water at Ghanghria (Rs. 100 per bucket). Hot water gysers are available in Joshimath and Auli
•   Entry tickets to Valley of Flowers for foreign nationals
•   Charges to carry camera/video equipment inside Valley of Flowers
•   Tickets for ropeway ride (Joshimath-Auli-Joshimath) or Auli chair-car Auli base-Auli top- Auli base)
•   Meals other than B,L,S,D as indicated in the itinerary or charges for mineral water, other beverages or drinks
•   Any expense of personal nature or any gifts, extra sightseeing, tips, offerings, Pooja expenses or donations
• Any drinks, tips for the guide, porters, drivers, etc
• Any other cost or expense which is not specifically included in the price inclusion

•   All land transfers in shared private vehicle ex-Joshimath or ex-Haridwar, as per package you opt for (For ex-Haridwar trip, Innova for 4 to 5 pax and Tempo Traveller for 6 to 10 pax, subject to guidelines for Covid-19)
•   05 night deluxe accommodation on twin sharing basis as per itinerary (2N Joshimath or opt for 1N in Joshimath and 1N in Auli and 3N Ghanghria). One room on triple sharing basis, if the group size is an odd number
•  Veg & egg meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Snacks and Dinner) for the trip duration as per itinerary (From Dinner on Day 1 to Breakfast on Day 6)
•   Entry fee for Valley of Flowers as applicable to Indian nationals
•   Fully escorted trek with fluent English speaking license holder local trekking guide (01 guide for upto 8 pax)
•  Charges for mules for trekking client’s soft luggage (1 piece of soft luggage, max 10 kg, per client)
•   Joshimath town sightseeing on Day 5 as per itinerary (time permitting)

A full deposit confirms your booking with us. Within three days of the booking query you have to deposit full amount for Final conformation

Cancellation policy

• 1. If cancelled before 30 days of start date – 100% refund
• 2. If cancelled before 15 days of start date – 85% refund
• 3. If cancelled within 15 days to 11 days of check-in – 50% Refund
• 4. If cancelled within 10 days of check-in date or for no show or early departure for any reason– No Refund
• 5. If authorities close/prohibit Joshimath or Auli road access only due to landslide/land subsidence calamity before your travel dates (making it impossible for you to reach Auli), in such case, we will process 100% refund. No refund is payable if road closure/prohibition for the above reason is imposed by authorities during your trip dates and your trip is shortened due to the same. (Trip, if extended for this reason, will be chargeable separately)

No refund of costs/any compensation if trekking or any activity on any day is aborted or cancelled due to extreme/unfavourable weather conditions, keeping in mind safety of the clients, or if the client has to opt out onsite due to any health issue or medical condition for any reason.
